School Uniform Policy:

Exchanges & Returns:

  • ALL SCHOOL UNIFORM ORDERS ALL FINAL. NO RETURNS.
  • Exchange Requests are on an order basis upon review.
  • Exchange Requests must be submitted Online through your Order Page Link
  • The Exchange Request Form Must be filled out and submitted within 3 days of your pick-up/shipping date.
  • Items can only be exchanged once.
  • Items MUST be unworn & unwashed.

We encourage students to try on all items before requesting exchange or come into the showroom to ensure you request the correct sizes.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon pickup and contact us immediately if items are defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Payments Terms:

All School Uniform Orders must be paid in full at time you place your order. If changes are made to an order after purchase, payment must be submitted prior to any changes taking effect.

MATTEO GRAPHIC TERMS:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at kate@matteographics.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent or brought to to the following address: 160 Hunter Blvd. Cape Coral, FL 33909.

Exchange & Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be contacted for further steps, and refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kate@matteographics.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you are dropping off, we will contact you to schedule a time.

Items brought or shipped back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
